last Motor Vehicle Dealer Board meeting stating the importance of keeping a
copy of the state inspection of each vehicle sold in the customer’s deal
jacket as proof the vehicle was inspected in a timely manner. He also talked about recertification for
existing dealers beginning 2011.
Executive Director Lois Keenan
reviewed the handouts including a check list for the Red Flag Rule, new
registration fee chart, Print on Demand, the new paragraph 9 on the back of all
Buyers Orders, and new VIADA member benefit providers: AFLAC, Microbilt,
PassTime, and Tim Byrd and Associates.
